Brindley Kia Wolverhampton come highly recommended by my wife and I. Our dealings with Brindley, and in particular their Representative Matthew Evans in obtaining a new vehicle . Our dealings from start to finish were a pleasure, all our questions were answered in a friendly manner without any pressure whatsoever. The vehicle we chose had to be brought over from another branch but we were assured that the vehicle would more than meet our expectations which indeed it was.
Would have no hesitation in recommending Brindley Kia Wolverhampton.

My experience at Brindley Kia Wolverhampton

I purchased a 2018 Kia Ceed SW from Brindley Kia Wolverhampton at the end of August. The purchase process was straightforward and I collected the car the next day.

However, problems started almost immediately. On the drive home I noticed a loose bumper, which I reported with photos and videos, but I never received any follow-up. Within a week, the Engine Management Light came on. The car went in for diagnostics, which identified a loose turbo connector needing replacement clips. The earliest appointment offered was two weeks later, despite me having owned the car for less than a week.

Although the repair was brought forward, the Engine Management Light returned as soon as I got home. I was promised a call from the warranty manager but heard nothing. After 24 hours without contact, I informed the dealership I would be returning the car under the Consumer Rights Act. The refund was processed quickly, but with no real apology or empathy shown, apart from Molly in the service team who was excellent.

Overall, communication and customer care were very disappointing.
